Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Daniel lives in Penland. NC where he is a long-term Resident Artist at the Penland School of Craft. He holds a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was a Core Fellow at the Penland School of Craft from 2015-2017. He has participated in a variety of residencies and exhibitions across the United States, including the Jentel Foundation and the Haystack Mountain School of Craft.
