At Half Past Seven, we keep things easy so you can pause, breathe, and look forward to what’s on the way.
- General Information
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
(We’re not able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii just yet—thank you for understanding.) - Orders are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx—we’ll choose the best carrier based on your order and location.
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the move.
Shipping Rates
We like to be transparent about shipping. As a growing brand, we cover as much as we can while keeping prices fair.
- Flat rate: $18 on all orders under $225
- Free shipping: Orders $225+
- **During our annual sale, $35 on all orders $225+**
If you’re eyeing a few pieces, bundling them together often gets you to free shipping win-win.

Shipping for in-stock items
- Order by 12pm ET → ships the same day
- Order after 12pm ET → ships the next business day
Vendor-shipped & custom pieces
- Items shipping directly from our vendors typically leave in 2–4 weeks.
- Custom pieces from Mexico may need a bit more time based on production and delivery.

Pre-orders
- Ship as soon as they arrive in our studio.
- Dates are estimates and can shift.
- Your card is charged at checkout.
- We’ll send tracking the moment your order heads out.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please use a physical street address at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Product Availability
We update our site often to reflect the most accurate inventory and estimated ship windows. Production delays can happen, and timeframes may shift. If anything changes on your order, we’ll let you know and ship available items as quickly as possible.

- All prices are in USD and may be subject to sales tax based on state and local laws.
- Availability, prices, and delivery rates may change.
- While we work hard to keep everything accurate, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or images can occur. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders affected by those errors. Any omissions or mistakes are subject to correction.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, theft or loss is unfortunately outside our control. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
